In 2008 I made some fun multi-color business cards for myself. Forgive the photos, they were taken on a 1st-generation iPhone:
At one point I attended a dinner event featuring Guy Kawasaki, a fairly legendary Silicon Valley figure and one of Apple’s early marketers. I handed him my card in conversation and he liked it so much, he asked if I could make him some.
When he posted about them on his blog I had about 100 orders overnight, and spent every night in Adobe Creative Suite for the next couple weeks.
